Russian invasion of Ukraine

On December 5th, 1994, Ukraine made a monumental sacrifice under the Budapest Memorandum. We surrendered a colossal nuclear arsenal, including strategic hypersonic bombers like the Tu-160 and a massive stockpile of over a thousand intercontinental ballistic missiles like the X-55.
This was a disarmament of epic proportions, stripping away our formidable nuclear deterrent and vast quantities of artillery munitions. But the cost was more than just military hardware. It was a promise of security and protection, a pact signed with nations including the USA, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and the UK. They vowed to safeguard Ukraine’s sovereignty against aggression.
Yet, when aggression came, these promises evaporated. The same nations who witnessed our disarmament turned a blind eye when it mattered most.
Ukraine, once a nuclear titan, now stands betrayed and alone, fighting a colossal battle for survival and sovereignty.

Trump, Maga, looney tunes in congress, cult, gullible public, right wing media lies eg Fox.
What really bugs me is trad Republicans are not standing up to the Manga Fascists.

Many people don't know anything about this. In my (now part time) job which supports our military abroad, I have been doing stuff for our military advisors in Ukraine since 2014. As we no longer (officially) have any advisors there, we're actually doing far less now than we have been all that time, it's not only been us either, other countries had advisors there.

They need to be reminded strongly of that commitment to safeguard Ukraine, people want to help but the political will is sadly lacking hope you know that
