Saudi arabia, the UAE, Egypt, and Bahrain have cut all diplomatic, land, sea and air ties with Qatar accusing the nation of ties to terrorism.

This is being called the biggest crisis in the arab states for years.
Is this genuinely a concern if the gulf states start arguing or is is a saudi attemp to deflect from the growing critisism of their role in terrorist and extremist teaching.

I will admit I don't know enough about the workings of the politics between the gulf states but maybe our mooner in Qatar @SWP's back could give us a a better clue and whether we should be concerned.

Saudi Arabia accusing others of supporting terrorism. Top trolling that is.

Excellent point. If it's enough for other terrorist funders to cut ties with them is it enough for FIFA to cut ties with them?

Probably not as they'd dish the dirt on who took bribes. Also the issue of them having invested in purpose built stadiums.
