Did mangala gift as many goals as stones ?
Spot on.You can see the talent is there. Tonight was brilliant seeing the aggressive defending. Winning tackles, closing down fast, putting his head on the line getting kicked in the head. Just needs to work on the consistency same as Sterling.
No, I think we treat Mangala unfairly. None of our defenders have been free of guilt when it comes to stupid defensive errors this season. It's a part of the game that nobody is immune to, including Ramos and Boateng.Did mangala gift as many goals as stones ?
Loved the aggression he showed in the first half last night, looks a much better defender when he doesn't give players time to settle and think or space to run at him by backing off. Seemed to regress back into passiveness in the second half a bit but the whole team were playing a bit more conservatively and saving energy so I'm happy to forgive that. Would love to see him getting some game time with Vinny now so he can pick a few things up from the best.
Totally agree. Good performanceLooked good again today, in previous weeks he's backed off backed off backed off, and then nothing.
Today he was backing off but just biding his time then making the challenge at the right moment.
Also won a lot of headers against Llorente and showed some aggression.

Agree in general but he backed off too much on their goal.
