Haha ****!, if everyone really was just using them only whenever they felt like doing something illegal rather than protecting their right to privacy then it would be hard to make a case for the privacy argument in the first place.

Anyone got a working VPN on an Nvidia Shield TV?

I've got the shield but can't get the app working right.

Have netflix on there, displays the American library but then doesn't alow you to play the content.

So my answer is...no.

Yeah mate, only joking of course - I know kiddie porn isn't your thing, you're more of a skat porn consumer ;) VPN used for wanking, banking, streaming and scheming. I use Nord myself.

Thanks mate ;) I thought people have them on all the time though really, I suppose if you're using apps instead of a router then it's more of a hassle but with a router it's set and forget... it's just as shame you wont get full speed I'll just see how I go on as I get used to it, maybe I could just put it on in the evenings to save everyone else in the house asking for permission to use Kodi.

You can use it all the time but sometimes there is some latency but maybe that's more down to my internet speed.

Yeah latency probably will increase as result of the encryption and what not, if I ever get back into online gaming it would be a no brainer to turn it off, I think my expectations were probably too high as I said but it was time I got one and I still got a good deal.
