Do not underestimate Arsenal. They always finish well particularly when they are out the cups. Wenger is fighting for his job and they showed yesterday they can still play. And they always finish in the top four. It is the law.

Arsenal securing 24 points from their last 10 games and us 23 points from our last 9 ain't going to happen.

Top 4 race still looks dooable for Utd and Arsenal when you look at the table. But then look at Utd's fixtures. They have very little chance. They only have 3 home games left and one of those is against Chelsea. They are also playing poorly. Only a cock-up by Williams saved them tonight from a home defeat and then we expect them to suddenly start winning game after game when up till now they've been drawing. Can't see it.

Arsenal on the other hand can still do it because if they pull out of this slump I can see them having the quality to several games back to back. A key game is Arsenal v Man Utd

I think 74 points will be enough perhaps more than enough with the run ins Arsenal and Utd have.

For Arsenal to go 7-2-1 in their last 10 games in the form they are in is a task I don't think they can manage.

16 points from our last 9 games is doable and if not we don't deserve to finish top 4.

Utd with their fixture list and only 3 games left at home chances are nearly over now.

If they don't get three points on Sunday its over for them.

They have to play Arsenal. That will kill one of them off, if they are still alive by then.

Utd will surely beat Sunderland. Their heads look like they have gone. They know they are down. I am a bit wary of our fixture v Hull. Well managed, desperate and growing in self-belief. But if we win that I think it will be downhill. Anything at Chelsea is a bonus.
 
Our form is a little unpredictable, but keep our average going of 2 points per game and 76 pts for the season should do. I genuinely believe that next season will see us in a different light once pep has had a summer to sort it out. We have some great young players now and the future is very exciting, oh and lets not forget the possibility of an FA cup win, which is imo still a worthwhile trophy. Hopefully if we win it the media will label us the FA cup CHAMPIONS as seems to be the norm for domestic cups this year.
 
Lets face it only Spurs have been more consistent and closest title contenders to Chelsea. The rest of the top 6 have put in some poor performances. 3rd and 4th will be between us, rags, Arse and the two scouse teams.
 
Looking at the fixtures left we will get between 15 - 18 points

If we get 18 then Arsenal & united will both need 23 from their last nine games which is 7w 2d

Looking at their fixtures they will both lose or draw more than three games each with the added bonus that one of those fixtures is against each other

Arsenal have tough games against Spurs , rags and Everton , stoke and palace away also could be tricky

United have a nightmare run

I'm calling it now , it's done , the top four stays as it is now

Top four is surely not our aim as it does not guarantee Champions League football! Top three is what we want.

If we win tonight we'll finish above Spurs. They have a tricky run in and they'll mentally collapse with the stakes of possibly being in the title race again. In fact if we win tonight the first thing I'll do is put a bet on Swansea to beat Spurs this weekend.

Obviously not ideal but I think thats where we will finish

Liverpool have an easy run compared to everyone else

I predict

Chelsea 90
Spurs 82
Liverpool 79
City 74

United 71 (being very generous)
