David Silva vs France

Thanks for putting this together.
In his impact sub appearance he got kicked a few times, passed France silly, converted a penalty, contributed to the build up of another goal and in typical Dave fashion scuffed a shot past the far post at the end of a sublime move.
Beware Arsenal, Dave's on the prowl!

[/ Quote]

Thanks

Great article.

It would be a tragedy if he leaves us without a Champions League medal.

It would be a travesty. I think he has 2 more years to try and achieve that, as that's when his contract is up.

He needs better, more accomplished/athletic players around him.

Yaya and Fernandinho are no longer good enough.

Those two no longer have what it takes.

You're right. Shame about Dinho as he's had to do the work of 2 people for a long time. However, how good is that Thiago kid? How Barcelona let him go is baffling.

By far my favourite ever City player, could watch him play football all day.

Can we please extend his contract for another year (minimum) or two !

Great article above, not surprising when you see all of these great managers and players praise him, just unfathomable that he doesn't get recognition from a lot of the English press ?

Purley down to the club he plays for. Had he been across the road he'd have been lorded as the best prem player ever.

I agree. It looks like doing the job of 2 midfield players has taken its toll on Dinho. Wonderful player but is almost 32. Think we'll let his contract run down as he has a year left. Yaya is also finished. Legend here but the way he struggles defensively is clear sign his time is up here.

I think we should definitely buy 2 midfielders. Its a shame Gundogan got injured and we don't know how he'll be when he comes back in terms of form. Everyone is assuming he'll come back to top form but after the type of injury he had its not certain and he could easily just get injured again like VK. I would also say he hasn't even reached this top form yet at City, scored a few goals but was also absolutely invisible in many games.

Bringing in lets say Isco and Fabinho would really improve the quality in the middle and ease the creative burden of Silva and De Bruyne.

I hope he realises that we are not happy with them either.
Is he familiar with the term, "bent ****s"?
I told him it isn't just the refs even the TV guys brush over blatant shit as if it never even happened.
Must be the money I said.

I bet he's not. Him and Sterling must compare stories about the shit they get. He was superb tonight by the way. Never hid unlike others.
Wenger got slated years ago for demanding his flare players getting some protection. Think David agrees with him.
He is hurting & fuming tonight. He said fuck, he rarely swears in messages to his English uncle lol. He's pissed off.

Started well, but he seemed to spend the whole of the 2nd half on his arse complaining to the ref. Yes, there was some justification, but equally Kompany and Clichy both flattened Hazard, and Fernandinho left something on Fabregas.
