I get on well with some Tories but only because they agree that their austerity policies are shite.

I am a Labour voter born and bred I suppose but am voting for a hard Brexit ( Whatever that means) also the bonus of knowing I can't vote for a Corbyn Abbott double team helps make my mind up. Also not a fan of austerity either, but I draw the line at choosing my friends because they vote a certain way or wear a weird coloured football shirt that isn't blue.

It's called toning it down and hoodwinking people. If he got in it would be a complete disaster.
 
have to say, would be an interesting parliament with leftist Corbyn sitting in front of a centrist new Labour backbench. If it wasn't real and was just a TV series it would be an intriguing watch.

Yes, he is.

I find the treason accusation thrown about a lot these days, and always by the right. The right seems to think they have the monopoly on patriotism and love of country.

Have to share this. Mrs ww just popped in the spare room - told her I was debating politics.

Her exact words "oh you are so boring - dawn and Leanne brown have just had a big kick off in Cheshire housewives - I am not sure what to make of Esther"

She will be completely unaware that there is an election imminent.
