There's no point because you clearly cannot read.

Let me help you, I'll quote what I said again:

"you seem very binary in your thinking. Completely stop encrypted communications, no of course they can't. But they can certainly shut down or block websites and stop casual browsing, which would help, would it not."

No, it wouldn't help at all. There's no such thing as casual browsing of terrorist websites

I'd report this but what's the point when you're a mod.

Maybe @blueinsa or @Danamy can have a look anyway.

You should definitely go down this road because I'm about to pull up every post you've made in this thread and let them look at which are contributing to a discussion and which are pointless sniping.

The line from the poster everybody loves to hate and the poster everybody just hates is a short one and quite frankly I'm sick of fighting your battles as your effort in bringing intelligent discussion gradually decreases. You're on your own.

I am sick of politicians of all parties coming out with these bullshit cliches.

TM-"Enough is Enough" - what does that actually mean. What are you actually going to do about it? People want answers not words.

Khan- "London is the safest global city in the world" is it really or is this just more bullshit."

It's time the politicians started to do something about this

Your comment was bollocks and you know it when you say his "comment sums up modern Conservatism". No it doesn't. It sums up one person's view. You'd quite rightly get arsey if someone said the events in Manchester and London summed up modern Islam (as they don't).

And threatening to go down "that route" when I pulled you up on it is, quite frankly, childish in the extreme.

Unless you believe that a blind eye should be turned, simply because it's you that made it. You said yesterday that posts should be reported if a poster thought they were twattish and broke the CoC. Was that for everyone or not?

Ex-Police chief (or other position) interviewed on SKY, Kay Burley prompted the question of there being more police on the streets than before - without hesitation he said nope they're lying.

If you can't see the Tories constant lies when they're posted on here, hear it from the mouth of a senior police figure.

I sincerely hope you get sorted out Chippy. But given your fairly strident support for the Tories I don't understand exactly what this government has done for you? Surely you'd be better off under a government that is promising to kick-start the economy instead of sucking yet more life out of it.

I've made the point before about growth. It hasn't been "strong" as it's not been underpinned by the right fundamentals such as real wage growth and productivity improvements.

From a purely personal perspective PB, it might benefit me if Labour got in. (Although I am not sure what it would do for my savings and pension).

But I simply do not think that Labour policies are in the main the right ones and I cannot support them. I strongly believe that low taxation, low regulation, small government is the way to achieve in the long term, high growth, low unemployment, high government revenue and maximum funding for public services and infrastructure. I think the cart needs to follow the horse, and not the other way around.

I think if Labour were to get in, any short term boost to the economy would be hugely offset by negative effects - increasing inflation, weaker pound, rising unemployment - and in the medium term we'd all be a lot worse off.

Don't worry mate May's going to have 'difficult and embarrassing conversations' (quote)........presumably with those countries funding ISIS ( wonder who they are).

"Section 66A of the Representation of the People Act 1983, as well as banning exit polls, states that it is illegal to publish “any statement relating to the way in which voters have voted at the election where that statement is (or might reasonably be taken to be) based on information given by voters after they have voted”.

I think that refers to other people rather than yourself but either way I will try to not let it keep me awake at night.

Really? I am not about to do a Google lest I end up by tracked by GCHQ, but are you suggesting that a Google search of how to make a bomb, for example would return zero results? I find that VERY hard to believe.

Pretty sure no one other than Burley states anything other than the fact there are 20,000 less police now than there was in 2010.

Cressida Dick when asked this morning if she had adequate resource said, "Actually we have very good resources". Must be a Tory stooge eh? We can dismiss the views of anyone who doesn't tow the Labour "the whole country is shit" line.

Carry on Citizen, much more brainwashing work for you to do until Thursday.

another Tory Stooge eh? Its amazing how some cannot see a correlation between reduced Police numbers and more dangerous streets. Not just the terror attacks but other shooting and stabbings reported every other day in our major cities.

Message to Mavis - instead of acting like a Vicar's daughter and talking about 'difficult and embarrassing' conversations, let us know what you've been doing ( or not doing) in the last seven years as Home Secretary ( PM) - borders, policing, homeland security all under your watch.

Well I for one will feel much more secure when the PM who presided over arms deals to ISIS funders as Home Secretary, gets reelected on Thursday.
Arms/Funding to Saudi/Qatar/Rebel Groups in Middle East > Arms/Funding to ISIS > Promotion/Extremist Education to Potential Terrorist Attackers in West.

Putin spelt it out more than a year ago about the lack of foresight from Western leaders. Nobody reported it here because he's Russian.

Jesus mate, do you honestly think she's going to come out just after a terrorist crisis and state that the Met are under resourced?

I understand what you are saying but I wanted to simplify it in a way people might understand. You can't spend what you don't gave. The economy is currently growing albeit slowly but it doesn't help when most politicians talk about spending billions with money the country just doesn't gave. On one hand they talk about a spiralling deficit then on the other they want to increase it. Balmy

Quite warm here as well.

On the GE front interestingly UKIP have decided not to suspend campaigning to any degree today. Given the fact that Labour were narrowing the lead of the Tory govt and that the Tories were hoping that disillusioned UKIPPERS would turn to them it cannot be of any comfort to them that Manchester and last nights attacks will be used heavily by UKIP as proof that "May was an inadequate Home Sec and a useless PM who cannot defend our borders and our people". The truth of such a statement is obviously open to debate but the prospect of UKIP incomers turning tail and not joining the Tory vote must be causing a tremor in Tory Central Office today
