Don't worry mate May's going to have 'difficult and embarrassing conversations' (quote)........presumably with those countries funding ISIS ( wonder who they are).

yep. Can hear it now "can you try and be a bit more discreet with your funding of IS oh and yes we don't mind taking a few billion off you for our latest weaponary while you are at it"

I hope the poll on here doesn't reflect to general opinion of people in the UK. Corbyn as PM. Jeepers.

Very good resources but obviously not as adequate as before the Tory cuts. Seriously, how common is it for chief officers (fire service as well) to admit they're under-resourced when they get bonuses for managing being under-resourced (by cutting staff numbers)? "I didn't get where I was today by slagging off my bosses."

And ditto, since when has anyone who's getting stuff for free and is not spending their own money says, "no, I've got everything I need thanks".

Cressida Dick when asked this morning if she had adequate resource said, "Actually we have very good resources". Must be a Tory stooge eh? We can dismiss the views of anyone who doesn't tow the Labour "the whole country is shit" line.

Carry on Citizen, much more brainwashing work for you.

Looks as though Vic has done a number on you there Chippy.
Ms Dick did not confirm she had 'adequate' resources, she stated she had 'very good ' resources. Not quite the same thing. It's possible to have very good resources but not enough of them.

It's also possible that "very good resources" means plenty of resources. Of course you'd prefer it not to mean that, I get that much.

The question was, does she have adequate resources? I take that to mean 'enough' as no one would question the heroicism or quality of our officers on a day like today. Here answer was clear 'yes I have very good resources'.

"Using <Bluemoon> as a barometer" is not exactly a methodology likely to be adopted by MORI any time soon, I might add. When you consider there was a big Labour majority on this thread before the campaigning even started. There's people on here would vote for Lenin if he were to stand.
The Labour lead on this poll was in single figures at the start of the campaign. It's 24.7% now. I thought it would steady off but it's going up by the day.

In fact it almost seems that the more you post, the more people support Labour.-)

As for Leninists? How many of them do you really think there are?

Desperate stuff.

So why use it ? I don't

Me neither.

Hardly desperate mate. I'm still expecting the Tories to win, are you not? Labour 9/1 Tories 1/12 and I am desperate? How ironic.

Has it dawned on you that after 6 years of very painful cuts to our public services, and minimal pay rises, you'd expect the challenging party to be MILES ahead at this stage?

I wonder why Labour are not miles ahead in the polls? Do you have a view on that?

May will continue with her successful policies she implemented and pursued as Home Secretary for 6 years and for a year as PM. Slashing Police numbers continuing with the flawed Prevent strategy which moved the onus on the public reporting suspicious activities t save Police time and money gathering their own intelligence - she has failed completely to keep the country and its citizens safe from harm

Plus in fairness to Khan - May has had a lot longer in post and in a more elevated post to enable changes than he has had.

I agree but his comment about London being the safest global city is just ridiculous isn't it.

Anyone think that elections could be out on hold because of the recent terrorism?

Will the terrorism 'help' labour or the conservatives?

i see the left wing now want to cancel the election via twitter and started a petition as its un safe what a load of bollocks . come Thursday get out and vote
