The rags paid a British transfer record for an David De Gea when he was uncapped for Spain. In fact, he didn't get a game for Spain until almost 3 year later. Something tells me Ederson won't have to wait that long.

I've noticed more and more Chelsea supporters obsessing about the transfer fees we're paying. I think some have developed very short memories.

Other supporters just seem to be offended no matter who we sign and how much we pay. Pay big money and we're ruining football, get someone on the cheap and we're stockpiling players.

The mock outrage is the first thing I'm looking for after a signing, funny as fuck.
 
I actually would like us to go and spend another £200m+ this window, purely because it annoys the rags.

I was just about to post he has a bit of Bond villain about him (crossed with LA punk/MMA practitioner).
Perhaps early Mike Tyson too, when he'd already beaten his opponents as soon as they stepped into the ring (analogy being he could add a fraction of doubt into the opposing team!). So...looks the part at the very least.
 
I just hope he hits the ground running. We want a complete opposite of the Bravo situation. Especially for £35 million.
 
I like the fact he appears a little unhinged, makes him seem like a proper fighter/warrior, something we've been missing for years.

What odds will people give me for him being sent off in the derby for headbutting someone for diving?
