If anything Donnarumma is similarly proven to Ederson at this stage despite being several years younger, however I think Ederson is more suited to Pep so is more likely to settle in straight away.

Ederson has 74 top division appearances, 33 second division appearances in Brazil and Portual and is uncapped by Brazil.
Donnarumma has 68 Serie A appearances and 4 Italy caps.
