General transfer rumours

Turkey international midfielder Arda Turan has agreed to join Arsenal from Barcelona, according to El Desmarque.
 
We have been looking for a natural midfield lynch pin that can play CM /DM and for some strange reason we haven't looked at Nzonzi, Now Juve has snapped him up. I expect to see transfer news about City trying to sign Nzonzi for 40m + when the new season begins. Txiki seems clueless.

Nzonzi is good, but I suspect he looked better than he is because of the coach. We should aim higher - to the Kimmich/Weigl level, or maybe someone new will soon emerge in Mbappe fashion. Another year with Yaya/Dinho won't be a problem as we'll have a lot of new players to integrate anyway.

how do we know that City haven't been looking at Nzonzi and decided that against it and offered Yaya a new deal. We seemed to have be linked with him during the winter transfer window.

Not sure this is serious! Have you seen him play?? Also how do you know that's what we have been looking for? We have Yaya and Gundy

This is the same Nzonzi that was bang average when he played for Stoke? I know we have looked at him but I really dont think he's for us.
