This is one that I actually want Txiki to walk away from. Anything over £40m is far too much even in today's market.

Go and get Semedo or Cedric for £30m plus Bertrand for another £30m. Pay Monaco the £45m that they're asking for Mendy and bring in Fabinho for some midfield steel and to cover RB at £40m.

That's £145m on top of what has already been spent and we'll be done for the defence and midfield. Let Sanchez drag on over the summer or take a gamble on Mbappe or Dembele. We can afford to take our time here.
