Fair enough. I would be very surprised if we were done but I'm a KFA. ;-)My source from Abu Dhabi, and he is close to City but that doesn't make him reliable.
This is the first test for him and at the end of the season I will see if he really know whats going on or he is just guessing :)

I think we need a DM who can also cover RB (and potentially CB) if needed. So a tall, strong, pacey, tactically sound midfielder.I'm happy with our window. Only other signing I would ask for is maybe another striker, someone to fill the role Dzeko/Balotelli used to.
I know, there are plenty of those available.

Come on Txiki one more mate and we could have The Magnificent Seven.
I honestly don't understand why we're still even mentioning VVD, he's good but not so good to spend £60m + on. He's never played a single CL game, is injury prone and regardless of his ability we need someone with more experience, who's played consistently at a higher level than just as a Saints center half. Inigo would be better than him.
He did play in the CL in the 2013/14 season.

Injury prone?? Really...... he had one injury last season and that's it... with our record,a dead pheasant would pass the medical.
Rest of it is nonsense.....Smalling? Jones? both played at higher level consistently... want them ;)

....i don't think its sorted at all, as I can see Danilo playing right back over Walker before Christmas.

We have know 6 defenders if we don't count Mangala in, so chances are that when Pep said before Mendy and Danilo that we are talking to 3 or 4 players, he meant possibly Sanchez and another defender.So....who's next? Are we going after Bertrand, or is that position now sorted because Danilo can play both sides?
