Fair enough. Think we will struggle to challenge for the title for as long as defence isn't a priority and we concede so many cheap shitty goals. Only my opinion though obviously.

Yep, I reckon he's going this window too also think that if we wanted him we could get him because they'd much rather sell to us than Liverpool and although Liverpool may be his preferred destination, I reckon he just wants out now and any champions league club would be fine by him.

Agreed. Personally think no way he goes to Liverpool after everything. Cheslea look like the front runners, no club outside of England will pay his fee so we should really make a bid.

it is strange isn't it? we have over £100m ready to splash on one player and it didn't interfere with the sanchez deal yet wont spend on a top CB?!

People are saying we have 2 foreign spots

I seriously cannot see us getting Mbappe and Sanchez so why not use one on VVD ? If we miss Sanchez we can surely cope and revisit the deal

Only a week left in the window. Will be interesting to see how many of these sagas play out. If van Dijk stays there could be a chance they sell him in January if he becomes a distraction. Should cut down the price a bit too.

I think JFE is being signed to keep the two foreign spots for Sanchez (fingers crossed) and the left back from Espanyol.
