He's playing an increasing amount of games in midfield.
Wrong.
How about the last game at the Etihad?
He played up front.

He is. Definitely playing a lot of games deeper than last season.Wrong.
He played up front.
Rodney Marsh, anyone?
He's definitely lost a yard.Nah, he's 73, a little past it now!
I don't know what position Sanchez plays now. He is a very talented player who unlike a purely quick winger like White has the ability to play inside, and that's what he seems to be doing: morphing into a midfielder from the forward he used to be
I'm sure a lot of older Blues are thinking the very same thing.Rodney Marsh, anyone?
Do you reckon?I'm sure a lot of older Blues are thinking the very same thing.

And then Lacazette came on

I'd hazard a guess that some of our current players wouldn't look too good playing for Arsenal right now. It's times like this that I worry about Marvin's sanity, how on earth he manages to compare the physique of Sanchez with David White is incredible.
And to gloat on predicting his form has dropped off this season is frankly laughable, I wonder why that might have happened.....
Completely agree.I'm older than Rodders himself and I'm not worried about Sanchez joining.
Anyone who compares a contemporary issue to something that happened more than 40 years ago, is lacking any semblance of critical analysis.

Have you got the videos to prove it?He's definitely lost a yard.
I'm not sure he ever had a yard to loseHe's definitely lost a yard.
tbh, I`ve never thought of him as a lightning quick player(not slow by any means of course), but he has a solid engine and progress forward with dribbling much more than pure speed.Reminds me of Tevez who didnt loose too much of his edge when he gradually got slower.I'm not sure he ever had a yard to lose
