Certainly a dangerous tactic, it is sink or swim now because the press will be all over this. Regarding the Glazers taking note about on field stuff. I reckon bottles of water may get spilled on very expensive boardroom tables somewhere if this Armenian chap ends up going back to BvB for peanuts. Then they would sit up and take note as it would be Mourinho's direct influence that has driven the price tag down so low.

It certainly is risky from a business sense and Utd more than any other operate as one at least as much as a football club. Pretty sure someone somewhere is watching for the incoming bids and the tone of the offers, if they are not then they are stupid. Either way i can't imagine Woodward nodding in sage agreement with Mourinho's comments but currently is likely to leave him to it.

Glazers only interested in money. At the moment it seems they can take what they want from the club, what was it Woodward commented on about their shirts selling. Only if what happens on the pitch threatens or causes loss of money to the Glazers will they take action.

He's subtly been letting his mates in the media take shots at him for weeks, so when he eventually comes out and slaughters the lad, the sheep agree as it's what they've been hearing for weeks. Standard United procedure that, just like what they did with the previous managers
Couldn't stand GPC but he was to canny to hang individual players out to dry

Well they've put up with him essentially throwing £30m Luke Shaw in the bin, so why not Mikhitaryan as well eh? Didn't even bother selling Shaw as he clearly wanted him around as someone he could routinely kick to show the other players who is boss.

When was the last time they were first on MOTD? Not been much this season. They must feel like West Brom fans.

Jose was needed after Moyes and LvG and he has indeed steadied the ship. And for that I am grateful. But his football DNA doesn’t match Utd’s. His style of football is soul destroying and I no longer watch. Its not enjoyable. Thankfully Jose doesn’t hang around too long at clubs.

Kash, Manchester

Even the thick rags see through him.

Just heard moanieno on BBC talking about how ''after so many amazing matches and beautiful football being played at old trafford this season there will always be occasional (poor) games like today's''

Utterly delusional.

A f**king newly promoted team at home, and they had nothing. If it wasn't for the weak ref, a jammy OG and poor finishing from the opposition, they would have got the square root of f**k all from this game. They should be shitting their pants right now.

If the gap is at least as big as it is now then they have no choice to but to try and win the derby. That should make for fun and games. I usually hate the derby, more now than when we were rubbish but I'm looking forward to this one.
