It would cause hassle either way for them i think. Unless Mourinho can loosen up and allow Sanchez some freedom he will get pissed off going of his attitude, very highly strung on the pitch. If he does go then one of the golden boys is going to find that actually management were just being kind and can they keep the bench warm for the foreseeable future.

If he was saying we were willing to wait until this summer, then he was correct.

Either there is an agreement or there isn't. If there is no agreement, then City could just have made an offer in this window, 20 mil to sign Sanchez as 'backup', if he goes sonewhere else, fine.

If City had a long standing agreement with Sanchez however, then both sides should honour it.

To not do so from either side, is a shithouse trick.

I’m not sure we should sign a player that is seriously injured as it could be argued that’s negligence with the club’s money, but I respect your principles.

His agents turned their initial approach down last week, so United may have since called bluff on his demands.
