Nah, Sanchez was always a luxury for us. He would have been a nice addition, but he was never essential. We've got far and away the most dangerous attack in the league and possibly Europe. No-one in the top 5 leagues has scored as many as us and only PSG are even close. So while he would have been a good addition, he wouldn't have been worth risking squad harmony over and destroying the wage structure. He's good, but he's not Messi. We've got 4 players that have scored more goals than him this season and even more that have more combined goals and assists.

This, though It saddens me that this very obvious take needs rehashing yet again.

Watched the first half hour of the Yeovil game before going out for a few sherbets , and Yeovil should have been 2 or 3 goals up , they created some decent openings , wa svery surprised when i got in and the Raggy f*ckers had won 4-0 , no doubt they were jammy bast*rds again.

Turn it in. He's top drawer. We didn't sign him, they did, he's a player we coveted and wanted. We were beaten by them to sign him. It's that simple. Money talks, reputations and bullshit walks.

Don't talk utter biz. He was offered more £ by them and he signed for them, It's that simple. Just like when we signed Tevez. He was a marquee signing for us for many reasons, none more so than it showed we could blow those cu nts out the water. It's purely my take on it, but Sanchez is a deal we should have made. For so many reasons, including showing we wouldn't be outmuscled in the market by anyone. He's in the elite player list and, if we want to be the bees' knees, that's where we should be shopping. Or, let's give Jack Rodwell a call. I hear he's available. Don't make yourself look daft by pretending Sanchez ain't a loss to us. he is.

I don't know wether to bite or not!

Watched the 1st half. Sanchez was meh, much prefer him as a ST/F9 these days

They should dump the Belgian lump to the bench, sign a left footed RW/WF and go with a Martial - Sanchez - Bale* combination if they have designs on catching us next season.

*example of the type of player

You might want to read through that again and question who is talking "utter biz"

Yes, I would have loved it if we’d signed him.

But at £400k/week? You’re having a Turkish! It would have upset our wage structure and possibly the dressing-room too.

Also, the mercenary went back on a gentlemen’s agreement with Pep, and that won’t be tolerated by our hierarchy.

Fuck him!

As is the way in life. There’s always someone taller, better looking, faster, harder etc. So in football there’s going to be someone better/suitable than Sanchez we can get.

There is the MoSCoW method in project management...

The letters stand for: Must Have; Should Have; Could Have; Won't Have this time.

Sanchez is in the Won't Have this time category, which won't derail the project. Won’t Haves can be very powerful in keeping the focus on the more important Could Haves, Should Haves and particularly the Must Haves. The next four months are without doubt the most important few weeks in the history of this club. Over the next four months Manchester City could achieve something never before accomplished in the history of English football.

Sanchez? He can do one, we don't have him, we don't need him, his loss is a distraction, note it and move on.

This Sanchez shit still going on ? The merc agreed a deal in the summer , the Rags offered double , he came back to us to match it , we said no , he signed for the Rags , thats it, no more no less . we did the same with Tevez , it happens , both players moved for the money ,.So we move on win the title and a very good possibility of at least one more cup , the Rags could end up with nothing , maybe the Rags are laughing now , but he who laughs last , laughs the longest.

One of my grandchildren wants a "cartoon clock" so I went on eBay to search for one. Thousands from Frozen to Mickey Mouse. Noticed the related search suggested Man Utd Clock. Sums them up in one - ranked with Mickey Mouse on eBay!

Woodwood will be delighted, didn't he say he wanted the club to be like Disneyland?

So basically, Sanchez didn't score so they gave him Man Of The Match so they could all say ... "See!? He's brilliant!".
