If i was an ITK, i'd like to think i'd be like your good self. No attention seeking, just honest info you hear from time to time and not just following leads in the press.
If you hear something you post it in good faith, if you don’t know anything you don’t make stuff up either to please the masses. Good for you
If what Martin Samuel said is true re ffp 2.0, then City could have a bunch of players battling it out for various positions & sell on the ones who don't hack it, thus increasing the transfer budget for incomings above 90 mil.
It's really strange, I had the exact same impression for some reason. I'm a big fan of his though and think he would do really well in our side. Also a minor thing, but from a team building perspective it also doesn't hurt to have a 26/27 year old in the position to balance out the young guys.So Mahrez is the player who refused to train this morning? Looks like he's trying to force a move then.
Only 26 too! I had the impression he was 29/30 but he's not actually much older than De Bruyne.
I think he means it's unrealistic to get someone until the window shuts, but they'll try to.Pep says he's 95% sure there'll be no more transfers in this window but he also says Sané's out for 6-7 weeks. For a club as well-run as ours I can't imagine we'd let both of those statements be true.
There was a tiny wry smile just before...something may be happeningPep says 95-99% no more transfers happening in this window.
Mahrez is a good player. But we won''t sign a marquee forward this summer if he comes. That's the downside. Unless Aguero leaves of course.
Would also much prefer Fred now.
This stinks of Bony 2.0
No, Mahrez is class. This stinks of Bony 2.0
He's definitely talented but do we need him though? We have Sane, Sterling and Bernardo Silva rotating in the wings and I doubt he can do a job playing in the middle.
