As for Foden, what does the signing of a winger have to do with the minutes of an attacking midfielder?

My sentiments.... if a lesson has been learned after the Bobby era it's that strengthening at the right time is essential to sustained success. We have a glorious opportunity here!

I didn't say they had no intention just that they are obviously in the driving seat and I think they would prefer to keep him. They can't stop us bidding but they can keep on turning our bids down. If one bid reaches silly money they may change their mind, who knows? Like everyone else I have no clue, as I said just giving my take on it.

Foden is 17 and not a winger so thats just wrong, Diaz not really a winger either ,willprobably need a loan but at 18 has plenty of time to get to a level to challenge for a place.
