I heard Levy took a knife to his legs gangland style and that's why he missed so much of the start of the season.
Surely it would be secateurs you’d take to a Rose?

Nah, it's Levy. Knives are cheaper.Surely it would be secateurs you’d take to a Rose?

They slowly improve? You were where last season compared to now? You don’t improve at all, you stand still then spout bollocks about net spend compared to everyone else.
For all your ‘improvements ‘ you’ve won the sum total of fuck all.
Before the season started, most predictions had Spurs struggling to stay in the top 6 - let alone the top 4 - because of the move to Wembley. In fact, many people were predicting that Spurs would plunge to mid table. There were even predictions that Spurs would face a relegation fight! In the circumstances, then, to be 8 points clear of 5th; still very much in with a shout of 2nd; and with only 4 points fewer than after the same number of games as last season is something of an achievement. The fact that Spurs aren't in a title fight this season owes far more to City's excellence than it does to any regression on Spurs' part.
It's also undeniable that Spurs' performance in the Champions League this season was a massive improvement on last season - though it would have been difficult to have got worse, to be honest!

Think he mixed up the 'predictions for the season' and 'wishes for the season' threads. The rags and dippers being the other two teams going down should have been a big hint.Hmm that sounds exaggerated to me, who seriously predicted that Spurs would be in a relegation fight? And posts on Arsenal forums don't count.
Was just about to post the same. Was it Jeremy Corbyn or Mel Gibson?Hmm that sounds exaggerated to me, who seriously predicted that Spurs would be in a relegation fight? And posts on Arsenal forums don't count.

Yeah Levy 'paid him a visit'. Smashed him up
The same sort of visit Gerrard got, when he contemplated leaving the cult of Liverpool FC?
Shall I?I thought Slippy G was the cult of Liverpool!

Who the hell predicted any of that? In fact i'm sure most journalists had you in the top 4 and some to even win it this year.
Anyway my point is simple, unless Levy loosens the purse strings regarding wages the players will be off, especially now they know he earns more than them!! You need to pay them what they can earn AND win things elsewhere or why would they stay? This is the best opportunity for you with your current squad, miss out now and that'll be back to the drawing board for you.
