Aguero needs to be playing Saturday and Tuesday.
Well at least the Scum will not set about us at 100 mph like Liverpool do, they will sit back and wait to hit us on the break or use their height advantage at free kicks and corners.
Pep has his work cut out to get the moral back on track after the humiliation on Merseyside.
I'll take a draw now.
The rags game was always the most important for some of us especially if your a Manc.
So if we win the league here are the players gonna pretend like they didn't just get humiliated in the competition that really matters?
Gundog cannot play in this game, Sterling should & Bernardo for Sane.
He seems to think he’s irreplaceable, his awful game v the dippers needs to be punished.
The thing is the rags have the capability to cause us as many if not more problems than Liverpool did last night if Mourihno applied them correctly.
On paper they have a better keeper, defence and midfield. Up front they have the pace in Rashford and Martial and there is Lukaku and Sanchez who are good players on their day.
I'm worried about this game now after last night. Mental and physical fatigue plus changing players could see them beat us.
Would surprise me if Kompany can play 4 games in a row, Everton, Pool, MU, Pool in 2 weeks.
Totally agree. Winning this will put the players on a real high for Tuesday.Winning the title against the rags could be the catalyst to something special on the Tuesday. The feelgood factor around the whole club could spur the players on to achieve greatness. An early goal on Tuesday and the fans in full voice could see the dippers arses go a bit.
Like some have said, the players and Pep should basically view this as having just 2 games left this season and go all out.
Yep, I'd sack off resting players for Tuesday. Try and win this to give everyone a lift and just see how it goes on Tuesday. I'd say there's probably a 90% chance we're already out so fuck it.
He was awful last night.... stones deserves his chance now
