Quite happy with results and seasons like this for them.
As long as they're doing "OK" the required action to take them into a position to challenge us will be deferred.

Was doing a long journey today so listened to both games on the radio whilst driving. Even just listening it was clear that the rags and Arsenal play prehistoric football compared with what we are playing at the moment. One gem came from Savage on 5 Live

" Matic, Pogba, Fellaini - just look at the physicality in that midfield 3 for United"

The irony that there is zero creativity in that trio was lost on him and Fatty Green
 
They seem to be patting themselves on the back over on the cafe regarding how classy their fans, manager and club were towards Wenger today. They have a really nice thread.

I saw the pre-match love-in between Mou, Slur and Wenger all a bit disingenuous, if Wenger had anything about him, after all the shit that club has slung at him he'd have refused the gift and told them to shove it.

It occurred to me today that Fellaini signed for United in 2013. How the hell is he still there? That's 5 seasons!

It just shows what a bunch of two faced shithouse's they are. I'd of loved at least one honest rag to have popped up and said this is all a bit hypocritical of us, but no.

Its like them and the scousers are battling it out for the Nauseating Hypocrites of The Year Award. And just when you think one of them has won the title by a massive points difference, the other smashes them into oblivion.
 
To be honest, overall I'm pleased the rags will be second.
On their level of play, they should be 5th or 6 th but Peg's been very lucky and might well have been canned this summer had his team finished outside top 4.
Reaching or winning FA cup final wouldn't have saved him. Look what happened to dear Luis.
You could see Peg was in defence mode after his team was knocked out by a Spanish team which isn't even going to enjoy European football next season.
His job was definitely on the line but this deceptively "good" league position should keep him in his job......for the time being at least.

Him standing at the edge of the pitch like he's some sort of legend because his best team beat the Arsenal youth team at home with a last minute scrappy goal is the image of the day for me.
