The thing is they have had a good season, they will finish second with an impressive points haul.
They have had plenty of luck along the way but they are not going to fuck off anywhere soon. The strange thing is that even with a 16 point lead the gulf in class is not reflected in the points total.
I for one expect them to spend big this summer to try and close the gap, the problem for them is the number of positions that they need to strengthen as I feel they need 2 first choice full backs, at least one midfielder and a right winger, to get the right quality I don't see much change from £200 million. That said I think Martial will be off and the key one will be if they let Pogba go.

The fact that they made the team announcements over the tanoy while Purplenose made a presentation was laughable. It was a token gesture to the Sky cameras and general media.

From what i believe after hearing the media today....wenger accepted a token vase, actually held it aloft his head like some kind of trophy.....a trophy awarded to him by the club/manager that called him a serial loser, that has mourinho etched on it as well

Wenger was taken the piss out of with that award and if i was him i would be ashamed, in fact i would have told them to shove the vase up their own arse
