What about the number of consecutive wins by an English team in all comps, that was 22 or something. Never gets mentioned

Yes, we scored 54 in the Cups/CL that season compared to 37 this season.

Believe the only thing Liverpool have broken this season is the wing mirror on city's coach.

They did, an all time record in English football. Don't think we'll break it this season as we'd need to scores 6 goals per game, nice target for next year though!

We won 8-0 at home to Bradford City on the final day, if we'd won 9-0 and been promoted ahead of Portsmouth there might have been a whiff of corruption in the air! ;-)

I was only talking about league records but what a run that was, I remember thinking at one point that we were never going to lose a game ever again.

According to the Mail we have just equalled the most number of 100 goal top-flight seasons with 4 (1936-37, 1957-58, 2013-14 and 2017-18)
Arsenal's 4 are (1930-31,1931-32,1932-33 & 1934-35).

We are 6 goals away from breaking City's all time top-flight season record of 107 set in 1936-37

Consecutive league wins = 18 (28/08/17-27/12/17)
Consecutive wins in all competitions = 20 (26/0817-03/12/17)
Both records set by us this season.
