Yeah it's a great turnout loads of happy smiling enthusiastic blues but I can't shake this corporate thing, it seems so contrived.

I would say our events and promotions, by-and-large (as there are exceptions, of course) are less contrived than those of other clubs in our cohort (the “big” clubs in the world).

Of course, ours are significantly more produced than lower league club events but that is just the nature of our progress. We can’t stay a “smaller” club whilst being a “big” club.

Our community keeps us relatively grounded, though, which is one of the things that sets us apart.
