Relocating

Jesus Christ I dont envy any of you sat on the phone in a queue, 4 and a half hours it took me 2 years ago to move my seat to where I am now, I daren't ever try again
 
It works in IE if you ignore the message you get about flash and leave it to load (takes a while) and don't click anything. On Chrome it never loads but in IE it will load despite the error, just ignore it and be patient.
thanks mate, I did that and eventually it worked and managed to relocate.

I started at position 220 and am now at 123 after an hour and 40 so yeah, that seems about accurate.

Good job its unlimited calls on the mobile. I wonder how many people they actually have on the phone. The way this is going it must be 2 or 3 at the most.
 
The way the club deals with relocation is a joke, every year the same complaints yet nothing has been done to put this right and help the most loyal of its fans.

For goodness sake whats wrong with having a few days to relocate via phone and on the web?

The existing system is putting unnecessary pressure on fans and the staff in the office, just like the old days sadly! Good luck anyone whos trying to sort this today...

Yeh it's a big building full of City shirst and stuff, it's dead good............. sorry but as I can't even get past log in on the net and am in a huge (note not massive) phone queue I needed to lighten my mood.
 
And I thought nothing could rival physically queuing for Gillingham tickets in 98, how wrong I was!
 
2hr 20 mins to sort, rang at 9am and was 60 in the queue. Website was a joke but the girl on the phone was helpful.
 
My page on Citys site says I don't have permission to move my sons seat, anyone know how I can change the settings ? ( I am 225 in the queue just to ask that question)
 
Got to position 25 after 2hours then got cut off! Absolute shambles, no wonder people don't turn up for half the games because everybody is stuck in seats they don't want to sit in!
 
I got cut off at position 88 but eventually managed it online. It was taking a minute to move between each page. If it looks like its doing nothing, stick with it and wait.

Had to refresh a bunch of times to get past the grey stadium thing though.

But well happy. After 3 seasons of asking people if they can move up one (after moving from Colin Bell to South Stand), finally sat next to the rest of me mates.
 
Sorted at last - feel a bit for the ticket office staff though. They're on the front-line dealing with frustrated fans but its people higher up the chain who need to be brought to task
 
I renewed on direct debit but had to relocate using my credit card as payment as the site wasn't letting me pick a preferred start date for the direct debit. If I call the club they'll shift us back to DD and refund my card won't they?

So you paid up front on credit card your full ST cost? Have they taken the money yet? mmm not sure only ever switched cards and preferred DD date. Not sure they would refund. May be possible at stage until renewal, relocation and all sorted.

No mate they took the difference for mine but it took my sister's in full (she has her DD set up separately to mine). So I need to get it sorted with them

Quick question for a mate.

He bought a season ticket last year in his name but cause of work commintment he didn't really go and gave it to his Dad who is over 65. For this season he wants to change the ticket ovner over to his Dad so he will get cheaper rate. Does anyone know if this is possilbe? or will he have to canx and get his Dad a completely new ST?
