My mistake stayed at Wembley Central for the spurs game, we are staying at the one near the train station for the charity shield

If you can afford to go, why wouldn't you? It's a great time to be watching City, especially at Wembley.

Arsenal in 2014 was a great day slightly spolied by the football. (Just like the old days).

I was really disapoonted in Pellegrini that day though. It was obvious from the start of the game that the players werent up for it. Thought was a bit disrespectful to all the fans who had travelled and spent loads of money to go.

Never seen us lift it though so Ill be there. Hope Pep takes it a bit more seriously.

I'm going and I'm taking loads of workmates who support other teams that just want to watch our football. I'll get tickets for them from the family and friends that can't go. Having been eight times new Wembley (and once in 1974 to old Wembley), I will go as often as I can. You never know when the good times will end.

I think you're getting the wrong end of the stick. A club doesn't have to win either the PL or the FA Cup to play in the Charity Shield.
If City had won both the PL and the FA Cup then they would play the rags as runners up in the PL.
And as we all know, the rags won sweet fa this year.
