We were serious about him in January.

It's not evidence for anything. I've seen him play. There was once a time I wanted him really badly at the club. That was when Milner and Navas were our wingers. Now we're just getting somebody who isn't even better than Sane or Sterling. Which is still fine.

But to call Mahrez a great winger? Pff. As I said, you love an underdog and because of that you can't see clearly.

Does that make him a great player though?? Everybody else we’re shit that year Leicester won the title. Mahrez isn’t great for me he’s no better than bernado and he’s 26 or whatever for me we need to be signing players who are already better than what we have got to improve on last season if not can sense it being a lot more difficult in the coming season as all other teams will definable improve. Signing Mahrez isn’t improving us imo

we got 100pts,we need tweaking thats all,the kids are brillant and have the experence to goup a level,weare all good with mahrez and jorginho

Don't flatter yourself sunshine, I delete all my tweets.

But yeah, one freak PL champion is enough for greatness nowadays. Dare I say underdog lovers would do anything to bring the standards of what characterizes greatness down to put their chosen heroes into that bracket.

C’mon there both good players but that’s about it we must improve we need another world class player to improve us and Mahrez and that Jorginho isn’t enough for me will be really difficult next season if it does end up that way and I’m sure pep knows that 2 he’s got something up his sleeve in this grandees window I’m sure that will surprise everybody it’s to quiet for me. Mahrez could even be a smoke screen cos 75 million plus for him I find laughable

Course you do. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that perhaps your balls haven't dropped yet instead of not having a pair.

To think, Pep has chased him for three windows despite all these other, better, players. It's almost as if he holds him in high regard but what would he know in terms of a player's quality.

Hazard and Neymar aren't even as good as Ronaldo, I don't get your point? Are you saying Hazard is as good as Ronaldo? Because I can reheat the popcorn if so. I do like how you dropped Salah from that list when you got told off for the hypocrisy.

Pep obviously thinks we need a world class player. He's been hinting for months that City might one day spend upwards of 100m like other clubs have in the last 2 years. Moreover, Sam Lee (and a few others) has said we're still looking to get somebody in even after Mahrez and Jorginho.

Pep has chased Mahrez for 3 windows? Was certain he was chasing Sanchez the whole of last summer and this January till the last week.

The kids will be better again,raz and sane better again imgine that,bernie and eric settled in,sergio with his new knee,gabby settled,need i go on..

Yes we need more quality. Better than what we have especially if we wanna dominate English football domestically let alone Europe need I say more. Our youngsters Are not good enough just yet but I agree on the likes of gabby sane and Bernardo and raz will be even better next year but is that good enough??
