The agent fees were in addition to the transfer fee, not part of. A decent pay day which the agent may replicate this summer back to Juve, though he will probably settle for 20 plus million on this one!!!

As far as I understand United paid 89m to Juve, then an additional payment to the agent - 26m for Pogba’s image rights which he had purchased, plus they paid both the agent and Pogba an upfront fee - the overall numbers were eyewatering but United have managed to lock the media down to the 89m fee but the real cost was well over 100m.

Most media seems to say the agent was paid 41 million for the transfer in addition to the transfer fee to Juve, and he stilll apparently receives a yearly payment (included in the 41 million) from them as part of that deal. It was investigated at the time, but surprisingly no action taken against Trafford Rangers!!!

The ragcaf transfer tweets thread are amazed at the rumored Jorginho 42m price tag, apparently he's worth more than that, as are many of our signing's. We must be paying under the table bungs :) starts page 85 for anyone with an interest in bitterness.
