Most players now the best players in the world city is an attractive place to be and any player would most definitely consider playing here so why not try and sign the very best because 9 times out of 10 now we would probably get.

It was a friendly at the end of a long hard season for him and with no World Cup to impress for, so wouldn’t worry too much.

He will have a nice long summer to get refreshed and IMO he will be an excellent fit into our style and system of play.

All those years back when I first started supporting City, I never imagined we would be arguing whether the best midfielder in the 2nd best team in Italy or the standout player winning the league with an otherwise average team, are good enough to play for City.

Just imagine, King Keegan's marauders promoted back to the PL with Swp, Ali, Dunne and if we had a Mahrez and Jorginho added in. Might have made top six, easily.
