Every little helps mate. He's a steady Eddie, personally just don't get the flak he seems to attract. Each to their own.When I asked how many games he had really changed and had motm performances a few weeks back. His fan club on here came up with one maybe two games in total. That's why.

True, but i have an opinion. Do you not have an opinion? When you see a City player put in a poor ball do you not think oh that could have been better? Have you never questioned a player under Pep, wondered why he picked Bravo , why he kept playing Navas? Or have you just sat there smiled and clapped at everything since he has arrived? No dispute from me that Pep is an outstanding manager and I am as far removed from his ability as I probably can be. But being a fan is partly about having an opinion is it not? I'm happy with Mahrez. Much more concerned about Jorginho. We need a DM more than a forward. Looking at Fernandinho vs Belgium. Can you imagine us going into this season with him as our first choice? At 33.....

What are you talking about? He was one of our most consistent performers last season.
So, just because he didn’t have a great game against Belgium in the world cup we are now in trouble? Ridiculous comment.
We will be fine and he will once again have a good solid season, regardless that he is 33.

LOL Fernandinho is as irreplaceable as Ederson/KDB/Silva. He had arguably his best season last season.
I do agree with their second point though, a DM replacement is the most important thing. Mahrez is obviously a great utility attacker to bring in, it enables Bernardo to be integrated into the middle more and the fact it means a rival doesn't get him as well which is great.

As replaceable as he is and and as good as he was last season, you cannot bank on a 33 year old to maintain those levels of consistency. He may well give us another full season at that level, but equally, he’s at the age now where his form can drop off a cliff over night.
Very risky business not signing a quality rotation option.
