I'm so f*cking confused... yesterday Jorginho went to London... then Milan.. and now all of a sudden he's just Popper up at the Chelsea medical... is HE an actual Magician???

We had pics of Mahrez during his medical I don’t see why we wouldn’t see any of him in London or at the medical ? But anyway if he comes in or doesn’t I could care less anymore club has a plan regardless

I’m no expert on football but I can’t think of too many other players who would offer similar attributes to Jorginho.

Our supposed alternatives aren’t terribly similar to him in terms of their style of play.

He’s not really though is he? Anders Behring Bravik is scum. Roy whiting is scum. This fella is just playing the game of business, as is his right.
Sure if we're going to dive deep into relative privation, you can say that. I prefer not to do so since those roads all lead to Hitler.

The key I still believe is to ask of any potential targets is does Pep think they share qualities with Busquets. I'm fairly certain that's what he wants.

It’s all very strange but clearly we aren’t the strongest pull for all players still
You’re joking? Or do you mean we are no longer the desperate club throwing insane money at players in the sole effort to get them to join? That’s United a job now. We aren’t that needy or without status to only rely on that method anymore.

Yes they do my friend. Yes they do!
lol but you do have a fair point. In this instance, ADL is just playing the game. I've heard rumors that his film ventures are a very much seedier operation, especially with younger actresses, but that's a different matter. Of course, that industry makes most things look pristine in comparison.

That's the only thing that does worry me. That said Pep managed to turn Sane and Jesus in to beasts, I'm sure we can unearth a similar youngster in the CM position and turn him in to a beast.

Love how City thought the Chelsea story was fabricated when it clearly wasn’t
Txiki and co. seem honourable, "my word is my bond" sort of thing. We just keep getting screwed by unscrupulous agents, players etc. who don't share the same standards. Alves, Sanchez, now seemingly Jorginho. We seem naive, hopefully there'll be a decent plan B?

I think sometimes throwing large amount of money at players that we really need, would by the looks of it fit seamlessly into our system and the manager seemingly is desperate for is necessary.

It appears we have lost this deal over a matter of say £5/£6 million which really isn’t a lot

It appears that way to you.

Has the player said anything publicly about where he’d like to play? Has his agent spoke on his behalf?
If he ends up at Chelsea and they don’t have a great start to the season, how will this affect his state of mind? 50 million spunked on an unmotivated, unsettled, unhappy player.
Some of us are questioning his motives and accusing him of fucking us about. Nobody knows though. He could be dragging this out until the possibility of joining City is completely dead in the water.

It's a really good thing agents aren't known for being exactly that and this won't be a problem moving forward

But not needed. The level of money they’re on proves they’re all only really in it for that, but some for success too. Sanchez’s motivation was money, not mixed with success, just money. We had a cap and he wanted more so he’s sacrificed success for money. Each to his own and I’d never hammer someone for it. But we don’t need to do that now whereas united do. It’s akk they have to attract player with in the main. I personally love how we do business.
