Even at that, if he's as good as Pep thinks he is (and I totally trust Pep's judgement), then frankly, it's still a very good price.

He has & now purely based on your comment slapped a further a 100m euro price tag on Jorginho waiting to see if Chelski will bite :-)
 
Just based on the videos on these threads, I would be more excited to sign Frenkie de Jong than Jorginho. But Pep knows best.
