You need a bit of arrogance to be a winner. It's a self belief that drives you. I don't mind that he has that, the issue is the twats application of it.

You'd never ever see Pep publicially lambast his players and he would never make it about him, no matter how much he believes it is. He makes it about his team, and the only outburst you'll ever see is when he's defending his players.
