It's being trialed in many countries at the moment with most other countries using their data as a basis. There is even a democratic candidate running his campaign on it now. So far results have been positive. the thing is is that it doesn't really matter if it's positive or not as the uemployment rates from the loss of the transportation sector will collapse world economies without it.One of the cold countries did the univeral payment as a trial looked like it was working well and then just got shelves, might have been Finland can't remember.
