I'm starting to doubt Ederson. He is great with his feet, sure, just like Bravo. Ederson has around 30 shots in total this season, with 13 of them conceded. Sure, three were penalties. But it's still not good enough. What kind of save percentage is that? I hope he doesn't turn into another Bravo, because he is letting in too many goals he SHOULD be able to save. That first goal from Crystal yesterday is a clear examples of lousy positioning. De Gea or Alisson could have caught that in their sleep.

The keeper has to cover his near post, simply because the ball will be there in a shorter amount of time.
Walker has defended like a youth player on a bad day, honestly.
He has to cover the far post, Schlupp is a leftie, and Walker has to defend the outside at all cost, going 1 step closer to the ground line.
Schlupp can't turn inside on his weak right foot and 3 City players around.
100% on Walker, this one.
The second is about Leroy, who fell asleep instead of moving closer to Townsend before.
Turning away didn't help, too...
Better defending could have avoided those 2 perfect shots, not the keeper.

Best going with the ball at his feet and in our team it's very important. Do think he's average at actually keeping goal though.

When the defence takes on French Army characteristics à la 1940 I really would like Eddie to leap 20 feet across the goal and catch the ball! It's not too much to ask of a young fellah!
His positioning is questionable at times, which as a goalkeeper makes your job heck of a lot easier.
I don’t know if it’s from his nature of effectively playing as an outfielder at times, and he is here and there so loses that extra moment or sense of where the posts are.

Looked like a pen to me too but i was at the opposite end. He has to cut that move out, the attacker is going away from goal but the slightest contact and more often than not it’s a pen.It was an amazing ball yeah.
By the way, only watched it live buy looked a stonewall penalty in injury time with his knee taking the strikers foot. Did anyone see a replay of it?
