It isn't though is it? We've paid 2 months of our season ticket off before a games played, at no point will city be paying you back for a game you haven't paid for.Excellent point Shirley

I agree, but let's not pretend city are giving us money for games sold on the exchange before we have paid for them through our direct debits.Should I start a pantomime exchange with “Oh Yes it Is”. That would be a variation on a Ticket Exchange, although soMe might say there is not a lot of difference.
I can see your point but the Ticket Exchange is the best option we’ve ever had at City for people who can’t pass on cards to friends and family for games they can’t make.

So an individual could be funding a corporate seat by selling away tickets?Someone said something similar on the City Matters thread but I think you're not understanding the type of money these tickets go for on these sites. Easily upwards of £200 for most games, £400-500 for United, Liverpool

are you for real, game announced on Sunday afternoon and you expect the ticket criteria by 0637 on a monday morning !!!Its now monday no criteria has been announced so no sales today all tickets need to be out by friday to ensure delivery for next tuesday as people maybe travelling wednesday.not happening in my opinion
are you for real, game announced on Sunday afternoon and you expect the ticket criteria by 0637 on a monday morning !!!
Perhaps Everton haven't sent them yet
Do you work on a Sunday?
I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect the criteria to be out by now.
The fact that the announcement was made so soon after the Millwall/Everton match suggests to me that this contingency had been lined up with Everton. The allocation will have been known as well. (Should have been).
I was responding to a message that was put on this forum at 0637 am this morning not 47 minutes ago.I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect the criteria to be out by now.

I've just been checking, following a tweet from Supporter Services advising people not to use unauthorised sellers. Helpfully, it directs you to the official website which lists the official ones. We all know about Thomas Cook but it seems there are 16 others, which was surprising. These include viagogo, who I thought we'd got rid of. I checked these for Chelsea tickets in a couple of weeks and was horrified. Don't forget that these are authorised sellers so presumably have these tickets from the club. One site, RCI, was offering a ticket in CB324, which is just an ordinary seat, for £252' Face value is £59.50 so it's more than 4 times face value. There were loads in 93:20, which are just premium seats and don't include any food and drink, some priced at over £300, which is probably 3-4 times face value.
Other highlights included tickets in the Commonwealth & 1894 Bars, which offer seats on the halfway line in tiers 1 & 2 of the East Stand, plus a programme and VIP Parking but nothibng else (food & drink separate) for £450. Another (American) site was offering an off-site package (meal in Manchester then transport to ground and back) for $686 (c£525) that the club was offering for £300.
Even worse, there were loads of tickets on Stubhub, which isn't an authorised partner as far as I can see and therefore acting illegally in reselling tickets. Tickets in 93:20 were going for just over £300 on there. Sell the Big 5 games on there at those prices and you've made your money back for 93:20, for which prices range from £1,215 to £1,370.
One of the reasons they advise you not to use unauthorised sellers is that you will pay inflated prices yet the club seem to exercise no control whatsoever over their authorised sellers, who charge inflated prices.

Clearly it isn't, on the basis of that. I shall be having a word on Thursday at the CM meeting.OFFICIAL SELLERS
Valid tickets for Manchester City Football Club matches (home and away) should only be purchased from Manchester City or an official, authorised seller.
Tickets should only be sold at the face value shown on the ticket. If you pay more than the face value or have bought the ticket through unofficial channels, your ticket will be invalid, and you are likely to be refused entry the stadium.
You can purchase official match tickets and hospitality packages as follows (at all times subject to availability):
This is taken from your link, how is this justified?
No but criteria on the OS:Anybody received a text regarding Everton away tickets yet? Me neither......
Nice one, I look forward to hearing how they can possibly explain this.Clearly it isn't, on the basis of that. I shall be having a word on Thursday at the CM meeting.
