Rules should be the same from the first whistle to the last, and it shouldn't matter which team you play for. I honestly believe that if it were the other way round, Aguero walks for that.Absolutely should have been a red but unfortunately there are very few refs that would give it in the 2nd second of a cup final, which is why Jorginho was probably confident he could get away with it.
