Totally agree, and that trait will show itself more and more from our Acadamy. There are lads in there that will get nowhere near our first team squad, but good players non the less, and a very good living a lot of them should make. The only thing we can hope, and I don't for a minute it's not done, is that we have a sell on clause or buy back option. This however will not satisfy the press hounds who think that every 8 year old we take in should be in the first team at 12.
