Jadon Sancho

Still in the race for the German title then...and last 16 champions league experience for a youngster, which has undoubtedly helped propell him into the england squad. Didnt harm Raheem at Liverpool....His career is developing nicely, imo.Weather he can maintain his intial career burst is another matter, but thats football, and every player has the pressure (enjoyment?) of " your only as good as your last game" ..every professional in the world; Thats Football.
Joining Dortmund was a smart move for the kid, wish him all the best tbh

Looks like he's been found out recently but you're right about the move to Dortmund.
Pep wouldn't have played him much because he isn't interested without the ball.

Tbf ive only seen 'highlights' of his Dortmund games this season, and havent watched him over the 90mins-if he doesnt work hard off the ball then what you say re Pep is probably right..

Raheem Sterling just deleted a 'joke' tweet about Sancho having a buyback clause.

Interesting if true as it's always been said we just have first option. And why would Raz delete it if was just a joke...?

Would you have him back?

Apparently Sterling has quickly deleted a tweet suggesting Sancho does indeed have a buy back.

Would make sense to be honest. We’ve inserted buy back clauses on players before him so would be strange if we let one of the biggest talents of the academy leave without one.

I wouldn't swap Foden for Sancho, fed up of hearing about him, he's done well, good bye and good luck...

I wouldn’t either.

The fact they play in different positions makes a comparison difficult; they are both clearly very talented, but as Foden is a lifelong City supporter, it gives him the edge, IMHO.

The rag media aren't going to give up with this bullshit until the summer window closes and he's still at Dortmund.

Just like when they constantly linked Bale then Neymar to that shithouse club, they're just trying to keep them relevant because they're struggling to make the top 4 and will end up trophyless again.

The media will slowly change its tune as the inexorable slide into mediocrity continues for the rags. In a few years they'll be as newsworthy as Newcastle or Everton.

Why are we seeing Sancho all over the media?! It's either a bit of skill or look at the penalty in training! Hype machine in overdrive.

With the way that English clubs have dispatched the Bungesliga clubs in the CL this season, would it be unfair to suggest that Jadon might be punching above his weight in a very poor league, and maybe he is not a 100mill player at all. Will watch his International progress with interest.

Majority of the bundesliga is poor, especially the defenders. Sancho is playing for a very attacking team which is playing to his strengths and hes taking the piss out of more than one full back. Would be interesting if anyone comes in for him in the summer, I don't think Dortmund will be able to command a higher fee in the future.

Be interested to know what it is. Surely it's much lower than he'd go for on the open market.

Think he was sold for £8m, given his talent I would say around £50m-£60m, maybe even less!!

He’s being touted as a £100m player right now. Given Sancho is English, he’s even more valuable to PL clubs.
