He's a fucking wanker. Ruined the World Cup final by cheating and being a cünt. He's a Rag shoe in.
Personally think he would be a perfect fit for us on the pitch
We don't necessarily have to replace Kun, Jesus, Sterling and Sane will just spread the load of the goals. Bit like Barca of old with Messi, Villa and Pedro. That's the problem isn't it, no-one is a suitable replacement for Aguero. Hopefully he's got at least a couple more seasons at this level, but it's something the club will need to address. Maybe Jesus can become as prolific as Aguero in the next year or so, but they're still a different kind of striker and Kun is irreplaceable.
Thanks FCBarca. There are the fans (Most, including myself, do not want), board (Bartomeu wants) and Valverde (Who knows what he wants but based on what little confidence he has shown with youth, I suspect he prefers a proven goal scoring veteran from the Primera rather than youth project in Jovic)
The fallout with him is linked to the dramatic way he rebuffed Barcelona last summer and instead got a bumper deal at Atletico - he’d have to take a big cut in salary, I just don’t see it happening
Love the profile of a player like Griezmann, particularly with how fearless he is but question of fit (He doesn’t want to play as a winger anymore which means he’d occupy same space as Leo since he’s not a #9 either) and salary/fee. I’d prefer a striker and wide player acquired with Coutinho dumped - Malcom as well if Valverde refuses to play him
Yep - if we fail to sign Griezmann on the basis of his poor celebrations... that will be extremely unfortunate. There are no issues with his work ethic IMHO, he's professional. Just a bit wank with his celebrations
