I was just reading an article by Simon Barnes (once a respected sports journalist in The Times) appearing in the current Radio Times. Apparently Ole has taken over a "team of world-class players" and got them playing so freely that they are "a team to be feared".
Yes, eleven worldies, and terrifying opponents to have to face - really.
He has turned the club round with his magical managerial and coaching skills.
That must be why top clubs the world over were fighting to have OGS as manager/coach.

Rags real manager wants the dippers to win the league.

Premier League title race: Sir Alex Ferguson backs Liverpool to beat Man City because of Manchester United derby
My brother was at a dinner a few weeks ago when Ferguson did a Q&A and he predicted City would win it, although that was before Liverpool had beaten Spurs and Chelsea tbf. When asked who he wanted to win it, his answer was "Burnley"!

I can actually hear him say that.

:D

Has he actually said that or is he winding up Spitty boy
He did and he makes a real valid point. Step away from the title race a sec and Uniteds next games over the next 10 days are Barca (A), Everton (A), City (H), Chelsea (H). Neville said in reality United need wins against Everton & definitely Chelsea as a rival for the top 4. He suggested (and also winked into the camera to wind up Carragher) that the game to rest players would be the City fixture.

Not as outrageous as you may think mate, I'd go even further and cheer them on in a semi against the Dippers,
and the possibility of City twatting the Rags in a CL final.
One can dream.

City 5 Man Ure 0

Or

City 5 Liverpool 0.

Both work for me. ;)

I learned that the initial re-energisation that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer brought to this Man Utd squad went on for a while longer than you usually see, but he now has an unenviable task of trying to rebuild this squad. It is going to be a transitional period for the club because they have to win titles but they are miles off.

How much money have they spent and how many players have they acquired??? They get too easy a ride from the media, no surprise there. So are they saying they have to rip it up and start all over again? Unbelievable!

Just their cup final against us now for them then.
