Please tell me again how shite like Jonny Macken, Darius Vassell and Michael Ball ever got the better of Ronaldo, van Nistelrooy, Scholes, Beckham, etc?

And please tell me why we didn’t win a derby once in 11 years and not at all at OT for 35+ years?

Sorry, but Foden will not be able to cope physically against that scummy midfield, they would relentlessly target him, knowing he could lose possession easily with the slightest of nudges. By all means bring him on in the latter stages of the game, if we're winning comfortably, otherwise, just no from me.

i agree, however well Foden has done, and how well he is progressing shows a promising future here,
his first pick time will come, but for now we need to start more experience in that role for this one.

The gulf between the two teams was so great, yet, as pointed out, even a gulf in class did not preclude results against a United team when the gulf was arguably as its widest.

Everton should have taken points in both games against Liverpool this season, so the poster not legislating for what a derby game can do to the dynamics in a one-off situation, is either kidding themselves or believes we just have to turn up.
