She has been in an impossible position, but to a large extent it's an impossible position of her own making, because the government decided to go it alone & pander to the extreme right, rather than involving Parliament from the start.
They have brainwashed their followers into believing that the only way Brexit can happen, is if it's extreme, wheras none of them, nor their followes, were voting for that in the referendum.
It's Brexit itself which is the problem, not May's deal & she has allowed the right, to pretend there is a perfect Brexit available & con the public into believing it, rather than showing them the truth.
