I wouldn't be that sad about Sane going. Obviously he's a great footballer but I don't think he has progressed as well as he could have. If we do sell, we need to do everything in our power to get Joao Felix to replace him

Some of you guys need to take the blue tinted specs off regarding this transfer fee. Yes, Leroy's full market value is probably north of £100m, but we're not getting that. We're in a situation where the only reason we're selling the player is that either the manager doesn't want him, he's running down his contract, or both. And there’s only one club bidding. I’ve been saying it for a month now, but 80-90m is probably about right here. There have only been seven £80m+ transfers in history and three of them are Neymar related. The fee is fine.

Also, on a similar note, we all need to take a breath and calm down. I also hate to lose Leroy, but top clubs sell players all the time and this isn’t the old days. If we sell Leroy we’re going to go buy someone with just as much talent, and/or potential. Don’t worry.

Isn't it extremely unprofessional by Bayerns president to go public and declare their interest in Sané? He is still a City player. I can't remember the last time this happend.
Guardiola and other managers for that matter never talk about other players in regards to transfers and interest. I find it remarkable.
