IMO given inflated fees caused by Rags Dippers Barca and RM IF he is to go starting point should be 130m.
Sky try to goad him and he said he's staying and looking forward to next season IIRC? Just after he covered Yaya in champagne.Might be for the best if we wait for something official rather than speculating over what a snidey, bitter,City hating, fuck wit has to say.
On Sunday afternoon,I saw an incredibly happy Leroy who gave no hint of leaving and instead was talking about his future playing for our club - until i hear different i'll be paying no attention to the needy, attention seekers or the shit stirrers.
I assume ffp wouldn't apply to bayern. It doesn't apply to barca. They're spending 120m on griezman, 80m on De ligt, 70m on De Jong. All after the 100m plus signings of dembele and Coutinho in recent years.Sky try to goad him and he said he's staying and looking forward to next season IIRC? Just after he covered Yaya in champagne.
Would Bayern be pushing the FFPR punishment to get him?
Thing is, if Mendez is as tight with the Club as he appears to be, surely it’s in his best interests to keep his trap shut. There is no way he would be leaking to the press, unless the Club wanted him to... it’s so Machiavellian.I fear this weekend could be the final time we see Leroy in a City shirt.
Castles doesn't have direct sources to City but, by extension, Jorge Mendes is his main supplier of info.
A man trying to do the majority of our deals this summer and who already represents Bernardo, Eddie, Otamendi, Danilo, Mangala.
Mendes will certainly know what our requirements are from Txiki, which furniture is being moved around.
It's also quite a bold claim to state City have actually granted permission to Bayern to discuss personal terms, which would mean a fee has been agreed.
It would certainly mean Leroy and his reps had initially told City they wished to leave the club.
A lot of things then fall into place if you consider Leroy's playing situation in recent months and the lack of a new contract being announced.
We are expecting a two window ban from Fifa in January, which would certainly necessitate a sale this summer, as his contract continued to run down and he could agree a free move to a team on the continent from Jan 2021.
It would also explain the interest in Felix, a massive fee involved and also a Mendes client.
I hope I am wrong, but not so sure. :(
Too low. Other clubs wouldn't sell a player of his age, experience, and talent for less than 100m in this market. And even at 100m, some clubs might not even sell in my opinion. If he does go then we shouldnt charge less than 75 to 80. However, it would be a big loss indeed. I really hope city keep him
I didn't post my point correctly. I was meaning that Bayern could be pushing for us to get a ban to get Sane.I assume ffp wouldn't apply to bayern. It doesn't apply to barca. They're spending 120m on griezman, 80m on De ligt, 70m on De Jong. All after the 100m plus signings of dembele and Coutinho in recent years.
I have asked the same question many times about Barcelona and Real Madrid who seem to have access to unlimited amounts of money to buy players and the pay them inflated salaries (600k a week for Bale !) yet nobody at UEFA seems interested in where the money comes from.I assume ffp wouldn't apply to bayern. It doesn't apply to barca. They're spending 120m on griezman, 80m on De ligt, 70m on De Jong. All after the 100m plus signings of dembele and Coutinho in recent years.
