I don't like khan or corbyn paticulary but they are correct to snub the man, you left cable off btw.

Also the queen essentially is a public sector worker and so if the government needs a state banquet, she ain't refusing, I bet her madge hates half the people she has to meet but does her royal duty and what she is asked

So there's a GE in 6 months, Labour win and Corbyn is PM. How do you think he'd get on seeking favourable deals with the US? How statesmen like is that and how is he acting in the UKs best interests?

Unsurprisingly, Corbyn's behaviour has been apalling and terribly ill-judged.

I say unsurprisingly because it's his normal behaviour, to go for the protesting option. For that is what he is - and all he is - a serial protester.

Tbh, whilst I fully agree on Corbyn, the election, from Labour's p.o.v. should be about binning off Brexit, now that Trump has shown he's after the NHS, thus making the deals less important.

As the so claimed 'defenders' of the NHS, this should give them the platform to now say they want to sack the referendum result & they should sell the reason, to their voters who backed it (as well as to those Tories & Farage fans, who don't like the idea of an American style health service).

Trump doesn't do favourable deals with anyone, as the current stand off with china and mexico shows we are getting fucked in any deal, no matter the PM.

I don't like the man at all, but I read that Trump turned down meeting Corbyn. Whether Corbyn was then right to speak at a protest march is another matter, but for once and unsurprisingly given the other party is Trump, i don't think the bad diplomacy was all one way.

It was Trump's, insulting, deluded behaviour which first started this & he deserves no respect whatsoever.

And he was completely outclassed by Khan's response to his childish tantrum, yesterday.

Khan is a Muslim, in London by the way.

Potential future PMs joining protest marches, is COMPLETELY inappropriate though, isn't it. But as I say, unsurprising. What do we expect from a party whose shadow chancellor calls for "insurrection" - violent uprising - and mob violence at Mill Bank as being "the best of our party".

A party with these two at the helm should be unelectable and hopefully will remain so.

I am perfectly aware that Khan is a Muslim and you think Paris is safe in some areas? And London? Where is the highest level of knife crime in the country ?

Trump began the war of words which started this.

And if you want the right wing version, to make you feel more comfortable, that piece says: Politicians also weighed in, with a Downing Street source saying the US presidential hopeful’s comments were “totally inaccurate” and London’s mayor, Boris Johnson, describing them as “utter nonsense”.

It's that fat headed, racist orange ****, who started this, ages ago, when Johnson was still Mayor, not Khan.

Trump, started the argument. Boris Johnson, not Khan, showed him the original so called 'disrespect' by calling it 'nonsense'.

That is a fact.

Strange it's only Khan who gets mentioned, carrying on the same argument, while BJ & Orangehead are now on the same team.

Not in the mood for an argument mate - the London Mayor and the leader of the Labour party should have shown the democratically elected leader of the USA much more respect.

As I've posted previously, we have no control and very, very little if any influence over what the President of the United States may say or do. But we can and should expect better behaviour from people who are supposed to be accountable to us, such as the ****ing London Mayor, FFS. Trump is a crass, insensitive idiot, but Khan should have risen above all of that and been just a tiny bit statesman-like.
