If Labour had a leader capable of winning an election, Johnson wouldn't get anywhere near being PM; the Tories would choose someone far more centrist and capable of winning an election. They could put a fucking chimpanzee up against Corbyn and it would romp home. Corbyn is electoral suicide. The Tories know it and they'll continue to fuck around knowing they aren't in any way threatened by Labour.

Au contraire. Were Labour led by anything resembling a leader with an ounce of political craftsmanship the Tories would be coalescing around a centrist leader. They can choose Boris, Gove, AN Other, knowing that whoever they choose will be seen as preferable to a leader who has never been able to galvanise the support of his own fucking MPs.

What will or should happen in the coming years though is a separate NHS tax we will all pay if working and a real need for the entire population to understand that the service is there to treat the seriously ill and injured and it is not there for those that either dont really need it or just feel entitled.
